Why Us?

We started as investors who became real estate agents so that we could list our own properties on the MLS. However, to do so, we had to go through months of classes, take the state exam, pay expensive agent dues, and find a brokerage to hang our licenses (and give the broker a cut still!).

We realized this is unrealistic for nearly all investors due to the time, costs, and legality, so we started FFL (Flat Fee Listing) to give other investors the same opportunity and control, without all the headache and costs.

This is a solution to AVOID becoming an agent (classes, dues, insurance, etc) & AVOID paying exorbitant listing fees (5-6%)
